It's hard to even conceive of this 3500sf+ 4 bedroom luxurious dwelling being classified as a "condo". Impressive from the moment you walk in with the tile flooring, high ceilings and multi-levels. The beauty for us was the ability to so comfortably accommodate multiple families. This place has a backyard, multiple interior and exterior seating area experiences--the favorite of which is enjoying coffee or wine out on the main level deck which becomes a brilliant indoor/outdoor space with the full wall of accordion-style doors that open up the huge entertaining space. It's the ultimate Hawaii experience! Beyond the amazing interiors, the location is the best of all worlds. Within the complex it's steps from the gym and pool facilities (pool includes waterfall, sandy pebble beach, 2 spas and a message tent btw) It's located just above the resorts of Wailea which you can walk down to in minutes to enjoy the beach, restaurants or gorgeous walks on the ocean front paths. One night we journeyed just up the hill (could have even walked) to one of the best and well known restaurants on the island--Monkeypod! Overall, we would (and will) absolutely return. We've stayed at both the Four Seasons and Grand Wailea resorts and when staying with a larger group, we've settled on this place to experience as I said, the best of it all! Mahalo.

Aloha! We had a wonderful stay at the Maui Ho'olei rental in Wailea. This is a beautiful and spacious vacation home! We especially loved the large and bright living room which opens to the outside Lanai blending inside and outside living with a lovely view of the tropical garden and landscaping. Perfect spot for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. This home offers four uniquely themed Hawaiian bedrooms and four bathrooms (2 bedrooms have a private bathroom). We found the home exceptionally clean, well-stocked and with highest quality finishes all around.
The location is unbeatable with close access to the gated entrance and just steps from the fitness room and tropical pool. The grounds are stunning, and the pool offers two spas, a separate shallow sand pool for keikis or kids at heart and a swim-in grotto behind a waterfall. A quick two-minute walk takes you to the entrance of the Grand Wailea Resort and beachfront.
If you are looking for an impressive place to gather in luxury with a group of friends or larger family, this is an absolute gem in paradise!

The pool! We usually love resorts because we love fun pools. This pool rivals many resort pools. It has two large hot tubs, a big beautiful waterfall with a cave, a sand beach area, and you don't have to fight for a place to sit! Also, the condo it close enough to the pool area that it is super easy to bring whatever food and drinks you want. Most resorts won't let you bring your own drinks, so this was actually a great option.
- It provides so much living/relaxing space! Our family wasn't crammed in two small rooms, we had space to hang out, sleep in privacy, prepare meals (including BBQ), and really relax.
- The location could not be better! It is walkable to the beach and the access point is just below the Four Seasons (you can even walk up there for lunch/drinks). It's a beautiful sandy beach and so easy to walk to. The condo is also walkable to a little mall area/shops and multiple restaurants.

The property at Ho‘olei was a truly fabulous place to stay! To start, a gated entry in an already safe area of Maui welcomes you to resort style living. The complex has a HUGE pool and 2 hot tubs are incredible, with breathtaking lava rock backdrop, waterfall and grado. A well-equipped workout room to maintain your fitness if you so desire is also a great addition!
The home itself is immaculate – the main floor living area with extra large sectional makes this a great place to gather family and friends. The room opens with wall to wall hurricane doors to an expansive patio with seating, fire pit and bbq, and with gorgeous weather you can keep doors open to enjoy the indoor/outdoor living. The gourmet kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook meals for the family. With four bedrooms, the space is large enough to host multiple families or 4 couples very comfortably. If you’re a bath person, the downstairs jetted tub with water falling from the ceiling is quite a treat. On top of all this, the home is a very easy 5 minute walk to get your toes in the sand and the beach is incredible. Location is perfection, with resorts all around where you can dine, drink and shop. Already booked our next vacation at the Ho’olei.

Wow! If you're looking for the perfect, romantic get-a-way, this place has it all! Great for big families too. Gorgeous property with beautiful swimming pool and landscaping. Super comfy furnishings and bed... ALL THE AMENITIES! Close to clean, uncrowded beaches. Close to shopping and restaurants. You will want to come back again and again!

We had a wonderful time at your very well equipped spacious condominium in the Ho'olei community. We had our family the first week which included our adult children, 1 toddler and 1 infant and friends the second week. With 4 bedrooms, everyone had their own room and it was very helpful to have the baby items available.....the pack-and-play, the highchair and the beach toys. The kitchen is very well equipped and easily serviced 8 adults when we ate in. The great room opens onto the Lanai which is glassed in and very safe for mobile babies. We took advantage of the proximity of the pool everyday, it's a very short walk, and a beautiful complex with pool, waterfall, spa and gym. Our grandson LOVED the sandy beach section. One of the surprising parts about this unit are the toys available in the garage. We really used the beach chairs, the beach towels, the umbrellas, the yeti cooler, and the wagon. The beach and beach trail is just a short walk down the hill. Shopping and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. We truly enjoyed the unit and the location. Look forward to visiting again soon!

We loved everything about Ho’olei 12-1. Location low on the property with great access to pool and rec center. Plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. Villa was very clean and well maintained. It was really nice to take provided chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. to several quiet local beaches (we loved Po’olenalena and Maluaka). Very easy to walk to oceanfront path and resorts for dinners (set up your reservations well in advance). Island Gourmet Market at Shops of Wailea highly recommended for groceries, poke bowls, sandwiches, and Sugar Beach Bake Shop cream pies. We had such a nice visit. Everything was perfect. Would love to return. Highest recommendation. Thank you!

Our first trip Maui with 4 couples so we decided to share the cost of this home to save some money instead of getting 4 rooms at the hotels across the street and I was a little anxious about 8 adults in the same home but once you walk into this massive home (2 story over 3k sq ft) you understand why it’s always booked. Everything from furniture to decorations to amenities is very high end and the spilt level open concept really feels on one hand like you do have your privacy in the bedrooms but with the fun of having everyone together in the common areas. We really enjoyed using the BBQ and hanging out on the large open air lanai. It really has everything very close by from the amazing pool, fitness center to 3 golf courses and tennis along with the Wailea beach so we didn’t need our car that much. If you have ever stayed at one of the hotels across the street such as the Grand Wailea, Fairmont or Four Seasons then you know how frustrating it is to fight for seating at the pool areas and how loud it can get so we just absolutely loved the Ho’olei pool area because it has plenty of seating and is quiet (book lovers), even the few kids that were there were playing in the sandy beach kids area away from the pool where we were at. Don’t get fooled by units that have an ocean view because the walk up and down the hill to get to the pool or the beach is not fun so we all agreed having the home that is nearest to the beach gate, pool and fitness center is way better. Plus this home is on the end so you really do feel like you have your own private house with no neighbors. This is truly a 5 star place to stay.

Instead of paying for 2 rooms at Grand Wailea for our family of six we stayed here for 6 nights about the same price and we will never stay anywhere else again when in Wailea. First of all, having the parents in their own bedroom that is upstairs with the kids downstairs is priceless. My two oldest kids had their own room which they loved especially since the internet speed in this home was over 200 Mbps. The younger two shared a king bed in their own room and since we brought our own Xbox they got to play games and we didn’t have to hear the craziness. All the TV’s are very big and have all the streaming services so you don’t need a amazon firestick. We love hanging out at the lanai and the kids enjoyed playing in the large grass backyard. I can’t tell you enough how great the location of this home is because it’s very quiet but we are 1 min walk away from the pool and fitness room and just across the street is the beach. The amazing pool area has a huge pool and two hot tubs and a waterfall that you can swim under to a relaxing cave. They make it so easy for you to load up ice chests, boogie boards, beach toys, sand chairs and umbrella’s onto a beach cart and walk across the street to the beach which both sides have good snorkeling because of all the coral. Most of the time we walked less than 10 min to all the different restaurants either in the hotels or at the shopping center. Our only complaint is that the owner has these amazing electric bikes in the garage that we would of love to use but they are locked up, LOL. When your kids have you book next years vacation at this same home before we even check out, well you know it’s a winner. Highly recommend.

We rented this property for 18 nights and invited friends & family to join us. Week one, our son, daughter-in-law & grandson joined us. The villa easily accommodated a family with a 16 month old - we used the high chair, stroller & beach toys -- and worked with the property manager to arrange the rental of a few more items (crib, baby gates, etc.). Friends subsequently joined us and we had plenty of space and great accommodations. We enjoyed a lot of time on the beach (only a short 5 minute walk), spent a few afternoons at the pool, and golfed for two days at the nearby courses. We enjoyed whale watching too! The home was wonderful and we spent a lot of time on the lovely lanai. We would recommend it anyone looking for a space to spend time with family & friends.

Places well appointed and the kitchen was the best part. Little items such as Tupperware, sandwich bags, soap were there in spades and all utensils, cookware and glassware were either new or in great condition. I've stayed at many locations where the property was great but everything not shown in a picture was either outdated. broken or completely missing. This was a wonderful surprise. Pool was relaxing and the location was perfect.

Great property for the family.
Large (over 3k sqft) with excellent facilities. Positioned really well for access to the Pool and Gym. The Wailea beach is only a 10 minute walk from the property.

The condo was exactly as it was in the pictures! Perfect for a family of 4...3 beautiful bedrooms, fabulous kitchen with anything you can think of for cooking! Such an amazing place to enjoy Maui from! Didn't want to leave! Also, i had Daisy stock the condo with food for us on the day of our arrival and it was perfect!! THANK YOU!!!

We have stayed at Ho’olei multiple times and rented from this owner every time. They have several units. The communication is always great. All the units are nicely appointed and we loved the location of this particular unit. It was so close and convenient to the pool and gate.
The new towel policy for the pool makes you feel like a second class citizen even though you’re paying $10k a week but assuming that’s not necessarily the owners fault. If you rent from them you’re saving money instead of renting directly from the Grand Wailea. A couple little things... the keys for the front door didn’t work. They most likely were demagnetized due to old technology. Not a huge deal we just used the garage and the bottom rack of the dishwasher was missing the rollers which was an annoyance and there’s zero ocean view but we knew that going in. Overall great stay and value. We would rent from them again and would recommend this unit.

Property was incredible and the staff was great about everything. Very responsive to any issues we had. This kitchen is fully stocked with every pot, pan and utensil you could need which is not always the case with rental properties.. All three bedrooms are nice and comfortable and the bathrooms are great as well. If you need a place for a family to all be together, this is the rental for you.

Loved our time here. We keep coming back to these units -- wonderful location and very comfortable. Very spacious and well appointed. The pool is super close and the kids really enjoyed the grassy back yard. It's hard to go anywhere else when we know everything will be perfect here!

The House well equipped. Pool beautiful, water comfortable temp, and hot tubs wonderful. We walked through the Grand Wailea property and swam at both beaches (Wailea beach near Marriott) and the one in front of the Grand Wailea and four seasons. We also drove to Makena beach in 10 minutes. Back to the house-the kitchen is the best equipped I’ve seen for a VRBO which I was happy about because I had forgotten my travel spices. I enjoy cooking and we had some nice meals on the lanai which comfortably seats 6. The location is a short drive to Kihei which has a lot of good restaurants including a place called Threes which I highly recommend the upcountry Kale salad and the curry clams as well as the Maui Mahi and the braised short rib. All fabulous. Enjoyed our trip and sorry to be leaving

This property was SO beautiful & nice! Plenty of space for our party of six, easily could fit at least another couple or two kids on an air mattress. Clean as could be, close walk to the beach 5-10 min-ish walk (depending on kid situation) and pool (2 minutes). Cozy linens, towels, & robes! High quality kitchen & dishes/pots/pans with everything you could need. T.V./WiFi worked perfectly. No noise from street or neighbors (hallelujah). Beach toys for our kids were appreciated, as well as the beach chairs & boogie boards. You can walk to the shops at Wailea as well which was super convenient, as I hate spending vacation in the car.
